Matsumura Keibun was born at Kyoto in 1779.
He was a atrtist of Shijo school in from late Edo period to Meiji era.
After his big brother death, he was flourished in Shijo school.
His brushwork is very delicate, and realistic.
And he made very nice Sansui Kacho motif (Landscape and flowers and birds motif) works.
He was called also Go Keibun.
He passed away in April 26th of 1843.
