Why do I need to register?
Registration helps maintain a more controlled environment
for online buying. You can browse and search Aoi-Auction without
registering. When you're ready to place a bid an item, you
will need to register.
What if I forget my ID or password?
If you're having trouble with your password or have forgotten
it, get a new password here.
Can I cancel my bid?
You cannot cancel your bid after you've confirmed
it (e.g., after you have clicked on "Bid"botton).
Please don't bid on an item if you're uncertain that you can
pay for it.
How do I ask the seller a question?
Each auction has a link titled "Q& A"
Follow this link to ask your question or to see questions from
other bidders, along with the seller's response. Once the seller
has answered your question, both your question and their answer
will be available for everyone to see. This allows everyone
to benefit from any new information the seller provides. Please
remember that all questions answered will be viewed by the general
public in the question/answer portion, so if you have any personal
information that you wouldn't like everyone to view, please
be aware before posting that question.
If I won the auction. What do I do next?
Aoi-Auction will contact the auction winner as
soon as possible after the close of auction. If you don't receive
any email, please try to get in touch.
How and where do I send my payment?
At the close of an auction, Aoi-Auction will contact
you by email with payment instructions, and bank information
you can send your payment.
