He cut the signature on the Katana mei not Tachi mei.
This Hamon shape is typical Aoe’s Hamon , and so appraised as Aoe in Nanbokucho period.

Sori : 1.0 cm or 0.39 inches.
Mekugi: 3
Width at the hamachi : 2.64 cm or 1.03 inches.
Wide at the Kissaki : 2.01 cm or 0.79 inches.
Kasane : 0.58 cm or 0.22 inches.

Shape : Suriage-Mumei Wakizashi with rather deep Sori and Bou-hi.
Jitetsu :Koitame-hada and Komokume-hada are mixed, and Utsuri appear.
This blade looks Ouei-Bizen stlye and has very fine Jitetsu.
Hamon : Niedeki Chouji-midare.
In Ha, there are many Ashi and Yo and Sunagashi and Kinsuji.
And Boshi is Midarekomi.

1 : Hamon is Choji-midare. In Ha, there are many Ashi and Yo and Sunagashi and Kinsuji.
2 : This swordsmith made many Wakizashi with Bou-hi or Soe-bi
3 : Sori is rather deep.
4 : Koitame hada well grained and change to Komokume. And Utsuri appear.
5 : Normally he made the sword with Kurigata-Kojiri style Nakago.
