The works before middle Kamakura period is called “Ko-Aoe”.

This blade was made from late Kamakura to Nanbokucho period.

Width at the hamachi : 3.15 cm or 1.24 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 3.08 cm or 1.21 inches.
Kasane : 0.78 cm or 0.30 inches.
Era : Nanbokucho period.
Shape : The very wide Osuriage-Mumei Katana with long Kissaki.
Jitetsu :Koitame hada well grained with jinie and chikei attach.
Hamon : Koniedeki Gunome midare and ko-notare mix. In Ha, there are
Ko-ashi, Yo, Kinsuji and Sunagashi.
Boshi is Hakikake style and Yakitsume style.
