Special features : It is said that Kanenaga studied under the Nagayoshi.
His blades that has signature is very rare.
But it is known that he worked in Nanbokucho period, because of Nenki engraving.

This blade is Osuriage Mumei, but this blade has glitter much Nie. (It is Soden Bizen blades’ feature.)
And Deki is excellent.
This blade has been a collection of Dr. Walter A. Compton.
And this blade appear in catalog of Christie’s auction’s in March 31th,1992.

Blade length : 66.66 cm or 26.24 inches.
Sori : 0.45 cm or 0.17 inches.
Mekugi: 2
Width at the hamachi :2.83 cm or 1.11 inches.
Wide at the Kissaki : 2.17 cm or 0.85 inches.
Kasane : 0.59 cm or 0.23 inches.

Shape : This blade is regular sized Osuriage Mumei Katana.
Jitetsu : Komokume hada well grained, and bright Utsuri appear.
Hamon : Niedeki Suguha and Ko-gunome midare are mixed. In Ha, there are much Ashi and Yo.
And Nioikuchi is bright.
Boushi is midarekomi and there is Kinsuji in Ha.
