Special feature : Kongo Byoe is other name of Chikuzenju Moritaka.
The founder of Moritaka started in middle Kamakura period, and
continued until late Nanbokucho period.
And swordsmiths of Moritaka school, Morinawa, Morisada, Yoshimori are called Kongo Byoe.

This blade is appraised as very old Kongo Byoe school blade, because of Jitetsu and Hamon.
Deki is very good, and blade is very healthy without Kizu and flaw.

Sori : 1.8 cm or 0.70 inches.
Mekugi: 1 is open, 4 is closed.
Width at the hamachi : 3.14 cm or 1.23 inches.
Wide at the Kissaki : 2.27 cm or 0.89 inches.
Kasane : 0.71 cm or 0.27 inches.

Shape : This blade is wide and thick Suriage Machiokuri Katana with long Kissaki.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with Jinie attach. It’s beautiful Jitetsu.
Hamon : Niedeki Suguha and Kogunome midare are mixed.
Sashi-ura side is looks like Hitatsura.
Boshi is midarekomi.
