Special features : Masatsune was born in Noshu province, and he
was called Tarosuke. He received Sagami nokami in 1591, and he
changed his name to Masatsune.
He was hired by lord Fukushima Masanori of Kiyosu area castle.
He was also hired by Matsudaira Tadayoshi (4th son of Tokugawa Ieyasu.).
Masatsune made mainly Tanto, Yari, Naginata, and Wakizashi.
And his Katana is very rare.
Especially, his Naginata and Yari are excellent.

This blade’s Deki is fantastic, and blade is massive and healthy.

Blade length : 54.54 cm or 21.47 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.02?cm or 1.18 inches.
Wide at the Kissaki : 1.94 cm or 0.76 inches.
Kasane : 0.72 cm or 0.28 inches.

Shape : This blade is wide and thick Wakizashi with Sori.
Jitetsu : Itamehada well grained with Jinie attach.
On the Sashi-ura side and Shinogi, there are a few flaws.
Hamon : Around Hamachi is Suguha and change to Sudare-ba.
