Special feature : Owari province and Mino province were bordering.
Therefore many swordsmith in Mino province moved to Owari province.
They were called Owari-zeki.
Especially Sagami no kami Masatsune, and Hida no kami Ujifusa,
and Hoki no kami Nobutaka are famous sword smith in Owari-zeki.

Hoki no kami Fujiwara Nobutaka continued 10 generations from Keicho era to Keio era.
But this blade was made by Nobutaka in Kanbun era.
Engraving on blade is fantastic, and blade is nice condition without flaw.

Blade length : 67.0 cm or 26.37 inches.
Sori : 2.7 cm or 1.06 inches.
Mekugi: 3
Width at the hamachi : 3.12 cm or 1.22 inches.
Wide at the Kissaki : 2.27 cm or 0.89 inches.
Kasane : 0.74 cm or 0.29 inches.

Shape : Suriage-Mumei. Wide and thick blade. Width at Hamachi and Kissaki are similar.
Jitetsu : Itame and Mokume are mixed, and covered in Jinie.
Hamon : Nie based Notare hamon. There are Ashi in Ha.
