Special feature : The founder of Aya-no-Koji was a swordsmith in about Bun-ei era,
And he lived in Kyo-Shijo-Aya-no-koji area of Kyoto.
There are Tate-ware flaw around Mono-uchi of Sashi-ura side.
But this blade has typical Aya-no-koji Jitetsu and Hamon. It’s very beautiful.

Hint:

Blade length : 24.8 cm or 9.76 inches.
Sori : little Sori.
Mekugi: 3 is open, 1 is filled.
Width at the hamachi : 2.64 cm or 1.03 inches.
Kasane : 0.41 cm or 0.16 inches.

Shape : The blade width is wide, and thickness is thin. The blade shape is Mitsumune style.
Suken sword and Bonji are engraved on the Sashi-omote side.
Goma-bashi is engraved on the Sashi-ura side.
Jitetsu : Itame works very well, and covered in Jinie and Chikei.
Hamon : Konie based, Gunome midare. There are Sunagashi and Kinsuji in Ha.
Boshi is round shaped Kaeri style, and Kaeri is deep.
