2. If you need more detailed information, please do not hesitate to ask us at anytime by email.

3. Our policy is that whatever items are available on our website, are also in our shop. Please note though, that the sooner you contact us the better. Sometimes our items go very quickly. If a customer is the first to contact us, we will put an item on hold and will not sell it to another customer until we have received a decision from the first customer.

4. Before we will ship an item, we must receive a payment first. Please make direct bank payments to the address below:

5. After we have confirmed your payment, we will send the ordered item to your address by insured express mail.

6. If you want to return the ordered sword, please let us know immediately. We will give you instructions about how to send the sword to Japan.
After we have checked the condition of the returned item, we will send a refund to your bank account.

All of our sales are guaranteed to be genuine unless noted. We include certificates with most sales that testify to the item's authenticity. If there is ever any discrepency or point of authenticity that is questionable, we make it a rule to alert the customer of this up front. We will never sell an item without telling the customer all that we know about it.

7.　If a customer purchases an item in our shop, and later wants to sell it, he may sell it through our shop as a consignment sale. In this case, we will sell the item for the same price as it was initially sold (approximately). We will keep a 15% commission for our services, and pay 85% to the consignee once the item has been sold.
