Signature: Hizen Kuni Oumi Daijyo Fujiwara Tadahiro 2nd generation.

The blade was polished.
Blade length : 74.84 cm or 29.46 inches.
Sori : 1.8 cm or 0.70 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.11 cm or 1.22 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.28 cm or 0.89 inches.
Kasane : 0.625 cm or 0.24 inches.
Era : Early Edo period Kaei era.
Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick with longer kissaki and deeper sori nice looking shape.
Jitetsu :Koitame hada well grained with jinie atttach and chikei work very good Jigane which is called Konuka hada.
Hamon : Koniedeki suguha with thick nioikuchi. In Hamon, there are many ashi, sunagashi and Kinsiji scatter .

Special feature : Oumi Daijyo Fujiwara Tadahiro was a son of the first generation Tadayoshi. At Kanei 9th year, after his father passed away, he succeeded his family. The first stage of his subject is very similar with his father's Musashi Daijyo Tadahiro era which is thick nioikuchi and active wild Hamon. After that many students helped his subject and prospered his school. While his long life until 81 years of age, He left a lot of posthumous works. This sword is very similar of first generation which was made at the era of Musashi Daijyo Tadahiro. The sword is healthy without kizu and flow nice Jigane and also fantastic Hamon.
