Signature: Fuyuhiro Saku.

The blade was polished.
Blade length : 65.9 cm or 25.94 inches.
Sori : 2.25 cm or 0.88 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.13 cm or 1.23 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.28 cm or 0.89 inches.
Kasane : 0.63 cm or 0.24 inches.
Era : Late Muromachi jidai .
Shape : The blade is rather wide and thick with longer kissaki (point).
On the front, So Kenmaki-ryu is engraved (a dragon is rolling a Ken and try to swallowing the Ken).
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki suguha and ichimai boshi and turns back long yakisage style.

Special feature : Fuyuhiro was working at Jhakushu Kohama province and studied from Soshu Tsunahiro later on.
His subject looks like his master Tsunahiro especially Soshu style engraving.
This sword is very similar with Heianjyo Nagayoshi.
This sword belonged to Tokugawa family and mentioned on the Tokugawa Jikki.
Tokugawa Jikki : at early 19 sentry the book was edited formal record of Tokugawa family's daily sword record.
This book is mentioned early Tokugawa Ieyasu until 10th Shogun Ieharu by daily work.
It means the book is very important book which we know the daily data.

Mune tune's son Matsudaira Sinjyuro went Edo casslte Kokushoin in order to attend the ceremony of Kakan.
10th generation Ieharu geva him one word Haru and he changed his name to Harumasa and also gave a sword with Koshirae Fuyuhiro which was kept as Tokugawa family's treasure.
The sword has been kept so long by Iehasru's family.
