Sayagaki was done by Dr Kanzan sensei.
The blade was polished .
Blade length : 52.9 cm or 20.82 inches.
Sori : 1.4 cm or 0.55 inches.
Mekugi: 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.19 cm or 1.25 inches.
Wide at the Kissaki : 1.84 cm or 0.72 inches.
Kasane : 0.68 cm or 0.26 inches.
Era : Edo period Kyoho era.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick Kanbun style.
Jitetsu :Itame hada well grained with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Niedeki from the Hamachi area suguha hamon and then gunome midare.
In Ha, there are many ashi and sunagashi and also small Kinsuji work.
Special feature : Yasukuni is quitre well known sword
smith in Japan.
Because at the movie title Daibosatu toge, the Yasukuni sword was used.
Anyway the blade is ranking Shinto Jyosaku,
